Shipping Information
Amaysing Metal Works ships eligible merchandise within the United States. Shipping methods and charges depend on the product, destination, packaging requirements, and whether the merchandise qualifies for direct online purchase.
Buy Online Products
Products designated Buy Online may be purchased directly through our website.
For eligible orders, the following shipping options are offered at checkout:

Standard Shipping: $8 for orders under $70.

Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more.

Express Shipping: $15.
These rates apply only to qualifying merchandise available for direct online purchase and may be subject to product-specific shipping restrictions.
Sheet Metal, Body Panels, and Freight Shipments
Restoration sheet metal, body panels, oversized merchandise, and other products designated Request a Quote are not eligible for standard online parcel shipping rates.
Shipping or freight charges for these items are calculated individually based on product dimensions, weight, packaging, delivery location, and carrier requirements.
Freight shipments may require commercial delivery access, unloading equipment, or additional services. Any applicable charges will be disclosed during the quotation process before an order is accepted.
Order Processing and Availability
Order processing times vary depending on merchandise availability and fulfillment requirements.
Products may be in stock, made to order, or sourced from outside suppliers. Estimated shipping dates will be communicated when available.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery Inspection and Damage Claims
Customers should inspect all merchandise and packaging immediately upon delivery.
Visible shipping damage, shortages, incorrect items, or apparent defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please retain all packaging and provide photographs of the merchandise, packaging, shipping labels, and any visible damage.
For freight deliveries, note visible damage or shortages on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing whenever possible.
Claims reported after the notification period may be denied when the condition reasonably could have been identified upon delivery. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Returns and Return Shipping
Approved standard returns are subject to our 30-day return policy and 25% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping or freight charges. Original outbound shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
Approved claims for incorrectly supplied, damaged, or defective merchandise are handled separately under our Return and Refund Policy.
Special Orders and Custom Merchandise
Custom-made, special-order, oversized, or unusually packaged merchandise may require additional handling, shipping arrangements, or freight charges.
Any special shipping terms will be disclosed before purchase or order confirmation.
