1. General Terms

This website is operated by Amaysing Metal Works ("AMW," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable store policies.

These terms apply to website merchandise sales and quotations. Vehicle restoration, fabrication services, and complete vehicle projects may be governed by separate written agreements.

2. Product Information and Availability

AMW offers restoration sheet metal, body panels, fabrication products, tools, supplies, apparel, media, and related merchandise.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, applications, and pricing. However, errors or changes may occur.

Product availability, specifications, and prices are subject to confirmation where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors and decline or cancel orders where permitted by law, including when a material pricing or availability error occurs. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded.

3. Buy Online Merchandise

Products specifically designated for direct online purchase may be ordered through our website using the available checkout options.

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization, availability, and acceptance by AMW.

An automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

4. Request a Quote Merchandise

Sheet metal, body panels, oversized merchandise, certain hardware, special-order products, and other items designated Request a Quote cannot be purchased directly through the standard online checkout.

Any displayed price for these products is reference pricing only and does not constitute a binding offer.

Before accepting an order, AMW may need to confirm:

Vehicle application and compatibility
Product specifications and quantities
Availability and lead time
Final merchandise pricing
Shipping, packaging, and freight charges
Applicable taxes and additional services

A quotation becomes an accepted order only after the applicable terms are confirmed and accepted by both parties.

5. Vehicle Fitment and Installation

Customers are responsible for confirming that merchandise is appropriate for their intended vehicle and application before installation or modification.

Classic restoration parts may require fitting, adjustment, preparation, or professional installation.

All restoration sheet metal must be inspected and test-fitted before sanding, cutting, drilling, welding, priming, painting, filling, or otherwise modifying the merchandise.

Minor manufacturing, handling, or storage imperfections may be present on unfinished restoration sheet metal and are not necessarily defects.

Customers should contact AMW before modifying any merchandise if there are questions about fitment, condition, or application.

6. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

All website prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated or disclosed as appropriate during checkout or the quotation process.

Payment arrangements for quoted merchandise may differ from those offered through online checkout and will be communicated before order acceptance.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates vary by product and destination.

Eligible Buy Online merchandise uses the shipping methods offered at checkout. Oversized, freight, and quote-only merchandise requires separate shipping arrangements.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Customers must inspect deliveries promptly and report visible shipping damage, shortages, incorrect items, or apparent defects within 24 hours of delivery, as described in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

8. Returns, Restocking Fees, and Cancellations

Eligible standard returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to prior authorization and our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved standard returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping or freight, and original outbound shipping or freight charges are non-refundable.

Custom-made, special-order, discontinued, clearance, and specifically identified final-sale merchandise may be ineligible for standard returns.

Approved claims involving incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise are handled separately.

Cancellation terms for custom or special-order merchandise may vary and will be disclosed when applicable.

9. Product Warranties and Limitations

Manufacturer warranties, when available, are subject to the applicable manufacturer's terms.

Except as required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, AMW does not guarantee that every restoration part will install without adjustment or additional preparation.

AMW is not responsible for installation, removal, refinishing, or related labor expenses solely because merchandise requires ordinary fitting or preparation. This provision does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Website content, including original photographs, text, product descriptions, designs, and AMW branding, may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Users may not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or engage in unlawful activity.

11. Changes to Terms

AMW may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this website.

Changes will not retroactively alter accepted orders unless agreed by the parties or permitted by applicable law.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
